In the mesmerizing 3D dance film "Pina," Wim Wenders pays tribute to the late German choreographer Pina Bausch, whose unique style continues to inspire. The film features excerpts from four of her most noted dance pieces, including "Le sacre du printemps," "Café Müller," and "Kontakthof," which showcase the ensemble of the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch in stunning performances. Interspersed with these excerpts are solo and duet dances that bring to life Bausch's other works, set against breathtaking outdoor locations in Wuppertal, Germany, as well as intimate voice-overs from the dancers themselves.
