Boogie Nights

In 1977, high-school dropout Eddie Adams lives in Torrance, California with his emotionally and physically abusive mother. Eddie works as a dishwasher at a Reseda nightclub owned by Maurice Rodriguez, where he meets porn filmmaker Jack Horner. After a fight with his mother, Eddie moves into Jack's San Fernando Valley home, giving himself the screen name "Dirk Diggler". As Dirk's success grows in the porn industry, he becomes a star due to his good looks and youthful charisma, working alongside Reed Rothchild on action-themed films.
