A bus full of strangers finds themselves fighting for their lives when Semi Anthony (JB) reads from an ancient Gothic tome, bringing six dead serial killers back to life, who proceed to hunt them down one by one. Damien Puckler (Simon), Mara Hall (Auntie May), Cameron Bowen (Brian), Jacob Hobbs (Kip), and Tonya Kay (Star) must survive the night as they are stalked by a killer from their past.
