In the hauntingly beautiful anthology drama "The Turning", 17 talented Australian directors weave a stunning portrait of a small coastal community, exploring extraordinary turning points in ordinary people's lives. As characters face second thoughts and regret, relationships irretrievably alter, resolves are made or broken, and lives change direction forever. Set against the backdrop of an indigenous community, the film is a masterful blend of generational storytelling and woman-led direction, featuring an all-star cast including Cate Blanchett, Rose Byrne, Hugo Weaving, and Miranda Otto.
