Deep Blue Sea

A team of scientists at the remote underwater facility Aquatica, led by Dr. Susan McAlester (Saffron Burrows) and Carter Blake (Thomas Jane), conducts research on genetically altered mako sharks to find a cure for Alzheimer's disease. However, the sharks' intelligence is inadvertently increased, making them more dangerous and aggressive. As the storm damages their facility, the team must fight for survival against the intelligent and deadly creatures.
