Mandy

In 1983, in the Pacific Northwest, recovering alcoholic war veteran lumberjack Red Miller lives with his girlfriend, artist and author Mandy Bloom, who had an abusive childhood. Mandy works as a gas station cashier by day and at night creates elaborate fantasy art, which Red greatly admires. Their peaceful existence is shattered when the cult leader Jeremiah Sand, leader of the religious cult Children of the New Dawn, orders his disciple Brother Swan to kidnap Mandy. The cultists subdue Red and Mandy, and after presenting Mandy to Sand, he attempts to seduce her with psychedelic folk music before brutally murdering them both. Red swears vengeance against Sand and his followers, embarking on a journey filled with bloody vengeance, hallucinatory visions, and an unstoppable force of fury.
