Champions

"Champions" follows Marco Montes, played by Javier Gutiérrez, a second-tier basketball coach who is given the chance to coach Los Amigos, a team of intellectually disabled players. As he works with the team, Marco comes to realize that they have unique backgrounds and exceptional persistence in working together. Meanwhile, Marco's personal life improves as his wife Sonia joins him on the road, and the team achieves success, culminating in a second-place finish at the National Series.
