I Think We're Alone Now

Del lives alone in a small town after an unspecified catastrophe wipes out most of humanity. He has created a peaceful utopia for himself, living in the library where he used to work. One night, his solitude is disrupted by young Grace, who crashes into her car and follows Del around. As Del reluctantly gets used to Grace's noisy presence, she reveals that she has undergone behavior modification surgery to erase memories of her past.
