22 Chaser

Ben Dankert (Brian J. Smith) must decide between his moral code and providing for his struggling family as a Toronto tow truck driver who's offered a lucrative Police contract, but at a steep rental payment cost. He takes a loan from a corrupt police officer to pay it back, leading him to consider abandoning his morals and becoming a "chaser", racing to accidents and exploiting victims with tolls and add-on services.
