Barbershop

On a cold winter day in Chicago, Calvin Palmer Jr. decides he has had enough of trying to keep open the barbershop his father handed down to him. He sells the shop to a greedy loan shark, Lester Wallace, without telling his employees or customers. After spending a day at work and realizing how vital the barbershop is to the community, Calvin tries to get the shop back, only to find out Lester wants double the $20,000 he paid for it. With the help of his employees, including Ricky (Anthony Anderson) and J.D. (Ice Cube), Calvin must navigate the consequences of his decision and fight to save the barbershop.
