In Harm's Way

In 1941, Jack Turner, a US Air Force pilot, is forced to make an emergency landing in China after completing a mission to bomb Tokyo. He's rescued by Ying, a local widow who hides him from the Japanese occupant and forms a bond with her daughter Nunu as they escape together, facing danger and tragedy along the way. As Jack tries to find a way to return to the US, he finds himself drawn to Ying and Nunu, and ultimately must make a difficult decision about his future.
