The Super

Phil Lodge (Patrick Flueger), a retired cop struggling to care for his two daughters after his wife's death, takes a job as a live-in superintendent in a large New York City apartment building, where a series of mysterious disappearances occur. His investigation leads him to suspect that one of the other supers, Walter (Val Kilmer), may be behind the vanishings. As Phil delves deeper, he uncovers a dark and sinister plot involving black magic and a ghostly presence - his own deceased daughter, Rose (Mattea Conforti).
