In this twisted game of cat and mouse, medical student Ted Grey graduates at the top of his class to join an elite pathology program where the stakes are deadly serious. What begins as a high-stakes competition among students soon descends into a grotesque game of murder and mayhem, as one participant attempts to commit the perfect crime. But when Teddy catches wind of their sinister activities, he must use all his wits to outsmart them and survive - and in doing so, unleashes a deadly reckoning that will leave only one winner standing.
