The Resident

Juliet Devereau (Hilary Swank), a recently single woman and emergency room physician, rents a New York apartment from Max (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). Unbeknownst to Juliet, someone is stalking her, observing her from across the street and apparently entering her apartment. As she gets to know Max, she becomes increasingly entangled in a web of obsession, paranoia, and terror, leading to a shocking confrontation that changes everything.
