In a small town where the schools' closure is already a foreboding specter, one student's nightmare takes on a deadly intensity as she becomes the target of horrific bullying that threatens to consume her. Transferring in desperation to escape her father's work, Nozaki Haruka finds herself trapped in an abyss of cruelty from which there seems no escape. As the flames of torment rage around her, she begins a quest for revenge that will ignite a conflagration of blood and fury, forever changing the town's trajectory of terror.
