The Cakemaker

A young German baker, Thomas, embarks on a journey to Jerusalem after his Israeli lover Oren dies in a car crash, while secretly infiltrating the life of Anat, Oren's widow and her café owner. Under a fabricated identity, Thomas finds himself drawn into Anat's world, creating delicious cakes and cookies that bring joy to those who taste them. As he navigates this new reality, Thomas must confront his own emotions and the guilt he feels over Oren's death, all while trying to protect the truth about their affair.
