The Outlaws

In the midst of Seoul's Chinatown, a trio of feral Chinese gangsters brings law and order to its knees, sparking a desperate bid for control by local gangs and the beleaguered police force led by the badass Detective Ma Seok-do. As tensions escalate into all-out war, the city teeters on the brink of chaos, with the detective racing against time to apprehend the ruthless loan shark Zhang Qian before he flees the country.
