Drillbit Taylor

Three high school freshmen hire a low-budget bodyguard to protect them from two bullies who endlessly harass and abuse them, not realizing he is just a homeless beggar and petty thief looking for some easy cash. The trio hires Drillbit Taylor, who pretends to be a martial arts expert and mercenary but is really a homeless beggar with a troubled past. As the story unfolds, Drillbit's true intentions are revealed, and he must confront his own demons in order to protect the boys from their tormentors. Ultimately, Drillbit emerges as an unlikely hero, using his wits and brawn to defend his young charges and find redemption for himself.
