College students Keith and AJ visit a strip club with the intention of hiring a stripper to bribe their way into a campus fraternity. The stripper who impresses them turns out to be a powerful vampire, as do many of the other inhabitants of the part of town they find themselves in, and their carefree visit to the club turns into a struggle for survival. Katrina, played by Grace Jones, pins AJ to her waterbed filled with blood and seduces him before transforming him into a vampire. Keith teams up with Amaretto, who is revealed to be Allison, to escape from vampires, including Katrina, and ultimately kills her by shooting arrows through a covered grating that allows in sunlight, destroying her.
