Financial wizard "Doc" Fletcher acquires a Swiss bank and a silver mine, but must fight to keep hold of them as powerful interests move in to stop him from laundering profits for his crime boss Joe Fiore. The plot thickens when Fletcher discovers that the mine's silver has been smuggled from India, leading to a complex struggle involving bankers, investors, and even a potential scapegoat. Amidst the chaos, Doc must also navigate romance with a discontented wife, all while using his wheeler-dealing skills to stay one step ahead of his adversaries.
