Lanah Pellay stars as Alex, a disgruntled waiter at the snobby Bastards restaurant in London, who falls on hard times and, along with his cohorts, attempts to go on a rampage against the upper class. Meanwhile, General Karprov and Spider plot to involve the inept anarchists into their plans to derail the prime-minister-to-be's campaign, which is also pursued by menacing Home Secretary Nosher Powell.
