Barbara Eden reprises her role as magical Jeannie, joined by Hayden Rorke as Dr. Alfred Bellows and Mackenzie Astin as T.J. Nelson, Tony's teenage son who inherits his mother's genie powers after helping release Jeannie from a bottle. With the help of Haji, a chief genie operating a fitness gym, Jeannie uses her magic to save her husband Tony's life on a space shuttle mission, but at the cost of erasing all memories of him and their family from mortal minds.
