In this 1983 Hong Kong martial arts classic, two rival masters, Master Liu and Master Law, engage in a deadly game of one-upmanship as they run schools in the same city. Their students, Chao Fung-wu and Hung Jun-kit, are actually close friends, bound by a secret friendship that will be tested when their paths collide. When the Qing Lord discovers the power of these martial arts styles, he sets out to destroy them, orchestrating a martial arts contest between the two temples in a bid to claim mastery over both.
