Flora Carabella was a talented Italian actress born in Rome on February 15, 1926, who began her career studying at the Silvio d'Amico Academy of Dramatic Arts. She worked with notable directors such as Luchino Visconti and Roberto Rossellini, and formed a long-term partnership both on-screen and off, marrying Marcello Mastroianni in 1950. Her notable film roles include Aunt Luisa in "Lunatics and Lovers" and Friend in "A Night Full of Rain".
