Jesse Lee Soffer is an American actor and television director, best known for his portrayal of Jay Halstead on the NBC drama Chicago P.D. from 2014 to 2022, and his role as Wesley Mitchell on the CBS drama FBI: International, which he joined in 2024. Soffer received three Emmy nominations for his work on the CBS soap opera As the World Turns, where he played Will Munson.
