Biography

Teresa Sánchez began her artistic journey in theater, discovering a passion for dance, music, and performance at an early age. She pursued her dreams despite facing challenges as an overweight woman in the male-dominated field, eventually gaining recognition through her work with the Centro Cultural del Bosque and national theater showcases. Her breakthrough in film came with "Verano de Goliat" (2010), earning her first Ariel award nomination for best actress in 2012.
