Biography

Michiko Otsuka was a Japanese actress and voice actor born on June 6, 1930. She began her career in theater and joined Akiyoshi Theater Company in 1948. Notable highlights include winning the 11th Art Festival Prize in 1956 and receiving the Shōshi Award for acting in "Puttio" (2002) and "The Flame of Life" (2011), as well as serving as representative of the Akiyoshi Theater Company from 2010 until her death in 2013.
