Koji Tsuruta
Biography
Koji Tsuruta was a Japanese actor and singer known for his unique style of singing. He appeared in over 260 feature films, including notable roles as Masuo Gunji in "Sympathy for the Underdog" (1971) and Sasaki Kojirō in Toho's Samurai Trilogy (1954–1956). Tsuruta found success with Toei in the early 1960s, starring in films like "Jinsei Gekijo: Hishakaku" (1963).
