Ying Da is a Chinese actor and director of Manchu origin, born on July 7, 1960. He is known for notable film roles, including Louie Wang in Big Shot's Funeral, Jin Shenghuo in The Message, and Ni Zhengyu in The Tokyo Trial. As a director, Ying is credited with introducing the sitcom genre to China with I Love My Family (1993).
