Flex Alexander is a versatile American actor and dancer, born on April 15, 1970, in Harlem. He made his television debut as Reggie Coltrane in the ABC sitcom Where I Live (1993) and later gained recognition for his role as single father Flex Washington in the UPN sitcom One on One (2001–2006). Alexander was also nominated for NAACP Image Awards for his portrayals of Michael Jackson in Man in the Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story.
