Frances Robinson was a talented American actress born Marion Frances Ladd on April 26, 1916, in Staten Island, New York. Before her acting career, she worked as a model and appeared in the silent film Orphans of the Storm at age 5. She is also notable for her roles in films like The Invisible Man Returns (1940) and Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde (1941), as well as television's CBS situation comedy Mr. Adams and Eve in its first season.
