Bedtime Story

Marlon Brando plays Corporal Freddy Benson, a small-time operator conning his way into the hearts and finances of young women, while David Niven stars as Lawrence Jameson, a refined and elegant con artist masquerading as an exiled prince in the French Riviera town of Beaumont-sur-Mer. The two engage in a series of escalating pranks and one-upmanship until they meet Shirley Jones's Janet Walker, a naïve American heiress who becomes the object of their affections.
