Roger Maurice Auguste Fradet was a French actor and artist, known for his distinctive roles in classic cinema. He brought to life Inspector #1 in Jean-Pierre Melville's 1967 thriller Le Samouraï, alongside memorable turns as a police officer in Le Cercle Rouge (1970) and Un Flic (1972). Fradet's unique blend of style and screen presence left an indelible mark on French New Wave cinema.
