José Ezequiel Moreira Neves was a Brazilian actor, journalist, and composer born in Belo Horizonte on November 29, 1935. He gained recognition for his role as Repórter in the 1968 film "The Red Light Bandit". Throughout his career, Neves also worked as a librarian, music producer, and journalist, showcasing his versatility as an artist.
