Biography

Yoko Sakamoto is a Japanese actress known for her roles in "Ocean Waves" (1993) and "しにがみのバラッド。" (2006). She began her career with the stage company "お伽座" in 1983, where she showcased her acting skills. After taking a hiatus to focus on family, Sakamoto made her television debut as Rikako Muto in "Ocean Waves," and later reprised the role in another film adaptation of the same name.
