Argentina Brunetti was a talented Argentine stage and film actress and writer, born on August 31, 1907, to Italian parents in Buenos Aires. She began her career at three with a walk-on role in an opera, later performing supporting roles throughout Europe and South America before emigrating to the United States in 1928. Brunetti also had notable film roles in "It's a Wonderful Life" (1946) and several classic Westerns, including "My Cousin Rachel" (1952) and "The Brothers Rico" (1957).
