Marcin Czarnik

Biography

Marcin Czarnik is a Polish actor born in 1976, known for his collaborations with Hungarian filmmaker László Nemes, including the Academy Award-winning Son of Saul (2015). After graduating from the Warsaw Theatre Academy in 2000, he honed his craft at various Polish theatres. In 2011, Czarnik was awarded the Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis.
