In 1947, Holocaust survivor Klára reunites with her infant son Andor. Ten years later, in the aftermath of the Hungarian Revolution, Andor still awaits the return of his father, whom he believes is alive. As he searches for his true parent, he uncovers a complex web of secrets and lies that threaten to destroy his family's fragile existence.
