Bill Lobley

Biography

Bill Lobley is an American comic actor known for his work in animation, commercials, and voiceovers. A graduate of Fordham University, he began in sketch comedy and improvisation before establishing himself in character voice acting. His notable roles include Officer Dibble in "Don Gato: El Inicio de la Pandilla" and Sparks in the Adult Swim series Sealab 2021, among others.
