Top Cat and his new feline friend Benny the Ball hatch a scheme to steal from the fearful Mr. Big. The film follows their adventures as they become embroiled in a series of scams and misadventures in New York City, while also introducing Top Cat to his future gang members, including Choo-Choo, Fancy-Fancy, Brain, and Spook. The film's success was short-lived, as it underperformed its predecessor and received negative reviews.
