Aran Bell is a principal dancer with the American Ballet Theatre, made notable by his appearance in the documentary "First Position" (2011). Born October 7, 1998, in Bethesda, Maryland, Bell trained extensively in various styles, including Vaganova and Balanchine technique. He won the overall prize at the Youth America Grand Prix junior division at age 11 and joined American Ballet Theatre's summer intensive at a young age.
