Biography

Dewey Robinson was an American film character actor born in New Haven, Connecticut in 1898. He began his career on stage with a Broadway debut in the melodrama "The Last Warning" in 1922, followed by appearances in films such as "Tarnished Lady" and "Roman Scandals". His physical presence often landed him roles in gangster movies during their heyday, including parts in "Little Giant" and "Murder on the Campus".
