In 1930s New York City, nightclub owner and singer Lady Lou navigates a complex web of love, loyalty, and deception as she becomes embroiled in a world of crime and corruption. With her many male friends and admirers, including two crooked entertainers, Lou must confront the reality of her benefactor's illicit activities and the consequences that come with her involvement.
