Biography

Donny Alamsyah Benjamin is a versatile Indonesian actor and martial artist born on December 7, 1978, in Jakarta. His early start in martial arts was encouraged by his father, who taught him various styles including pencak silat, karate, kung fu, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, wrestling, boxing, and aikido. He began his acting career in 2004 with the film Gie, followed by notable roles in 9 Naga and action films Merantau and The Raid.
