Maylia Fong was an American actress of Chinese descent who emerged as a Hollywood star in the late 1940s. She rose to prominence after being cast as Ming Ling in Singapore (1947) and reprised her role in To the Ends of the Earth (1948). Her on-screen career was followed by a private life, during which she successfully ran a chain of Chinese restaurants with her husband Benson Fong in Los Angeles County.
