Raymond Baxter was a British television presenter and commentator, best known for his 12-year tenure as the first presenter of BBC Television's science programme Tomorrow's World. He also provided commentary for several high-profile events, including the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II and the first flight of Concorde. Baxter's military career included service as a fighter pilot in the Royal Air Force during World War II.
