Biography

Sammy Leslie is a female Irish hotelier and media personality, known for her work as a trustee of the Castle Leslie estate, a hotel, spa, equestrian centre, and organic cookery school. She has appeared as a guest critic on the RTÉ One series The Restaurant and has judged on the reality TV series Fáilte Towers. Leslie has also supported various charitable initiatives, including the Ifrah Foundation's efforts to end female genital mutilation.
