Michael Clinton Irby is an American actor born on November 16, 1972, in Palm Springs, California. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Sergeant First Class Charles Grey in the CBS series The Unit (2006-2009). More recently, he appeared in the HBO series Barry and Mayans M.C., playing Cristobal Sifuentes and Obispo 'Bishop' Losa, respectively.
