Julie Budd is a versatile artist whose talents have spanned multiple mediums. As a teenager, she made a name for herself after winning an amateur night competition and caught the attention of producer Herb Bernstein, who became her manager and arranger. She became the youngest opening act for Frank Sinatra at the age of 16 and frequently performed on television shows, drawing comparisons to Barbra Streisand.
