Toyah Willcox is a British singer-songwriter and actress born on May 18, 1958, in Kings Heath, Birmingham. She rose to fame as the frontwoman of the band Toyah from 1977 to 1983, before embarking on a solo career in the mid-1980s. With numerous top 40 singles and over 20 albums under her belt, Willcox has also appeared in stage plays and films, including recent roles in "Give Them Wings" and "The Ghosts of Borley Rectory".
